Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent at the address provided above. Your counter-notification should include the following information:

• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it was located on our website before it was removed or disabled.

• Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which you are located (or, if you are located outside the United States, the federal district court for the Northern District of California), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the notice of claimed infringement or an agent of such person.

• Your physical or electronic signature

• Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original notice. If we do not receive notice within ten business days that the party who submitted the original notice is seeking a court order to prevent further infringement, we may replace or re-enable access to the material that was removed.
